The idea that a game can be "too good" is such a common myth that I'm sure it's covered in the FAQ. But if you don't have the bankroll to play $1-2, that's an entirely different problem.
Play lower until you have the bankroll to play $1-2 (roughly $2500-3000 or so). And of course make sure you know you're a winning player at those stakes. If you're not winning, no bankroll will last forever.
