I would suggest playing without a hud and actually taking notes on people. Seems like you have a gazillion stats and don't actually pick up any reads on people other than whatever their # is.

Think twice before floating marginal hands like Axs and sc's on the BN; hard to play well without initiative. Either 3-bet or fold. Or, if you want to cc hands, consider slowplaying more big pairs in position. In general your 3-betting range is letting opponents fold correctly; and your cc'ing range is too weak on too many board textures.
