Default Current favorite food from the supermarket...

About once a month or so I try a new item that is delicious and becomes a staple every time I go to the market, until I get sick of it(usually about 3 trips).

My recent discovery is Apple Strudel Pop-tarts. Toast them for like a min...so awesome. Going to throw vanilla ice cream on top the next go around.

What food you have you recently tried and thought was exceptionally good?

Edy's Slow Churned some American Idol flavor:

Yellow cake ice cream with cake frosting and sprinkles. So good, but I'm sure I'll be sick of it before I hit the bottom of the half-gallon.

My most recent binges:

Shallots -- look like garlic, taste like onion.
SunnyD -- reminds me of Tang that I grew up with
Baguettes -- thin crusty french bread = awesome
Asiago Cheese Bread loaf
Some frozen TGI Friday's dip (don't remember now)
Campbell's canned chili -- surprisingly good

I've been on a pitted dates kick lately. Tasty and they keep the plumbin' workin'.

Am I the only one who finds Sunny-D to be disgusting and undrinkable?

I've been binging on ice cream sandwiches of late. I can eat so many of these and never be sick of them.

Next time you're in a supermarket, check out the ingredients of Sunny D. The third one or so is oil. That's just nasty.

Fresh Mozzarella - I'm using it in almost every meal.

I only get them once every few weeks or so because I know I'll eat the whole box in one sitting, but man they're good

If I checked the ingredients on all the crap I buy, I'd probably never eat.
