ok but at what limits do think youll start to be able to hustle people off J9o with a K or Q rivercard with enough regularity to make it profitable?

I would probably say 3/6. And of course it really doesn't matter on the limit as much as it is the opponent. Obviously most people associate higher limits with better players, but the same type of fold could happen at $0.02/$0.04 as 10/20.

I threw that out there because a K or a Q also completes straight draws, and there may be a flush draw out there by the river (Either on turn or river) so his one pair of jacks would be no good on that type of board should you keep betting flop, turn, river.
