I think the value bet on the river is really thin, a busted flush draw will fold and you don't beat much that will call you. I'm also not sure about 3-betting preflop?

The bet seems okey if your read is he would c/r a pair on the flop. He might pay you of with Ahigh. It looks thin though. Against someone more passive Id probably check.
