Villain hasn't been here long but I get the vague impression he's sort of bad. Seems like an easy push. What am I beating though? I don't think he'd limp call a big ace. What else is there?

J9d, KQd (though he'd probably raise), 79d, umm...AT. I don't play this hand like this. I would've bet and seriously would've considered folding to the raise. With no reads I'd probably call and re-evaluate the turn.

Even if he has a big draw it's still +EV for me to get the money in. AT is probably my biggest concern. I don't think he'd limp call TT or AA PF, even 88 probably raises, and there's only 1 possible combo of that anyways. I probably just answered my own question with this post.

Even if it seems incredible weak I think you might find a fold when he c/r'es you, this is like never a big ace, and a big draw would normally c/r more or go for a bet/3-bet all-in.

If he is decent (which we dont know) it looks like T8s is the only hand you are beating. He can have the same hand of course but thats not many combos. And if he IS drawing you probably have a coin flip or a small lead.

In the heat of action I would probably just close my eyes and push though because it at least looks better than calling and see what happens on the turn.
