This doesn't matter. Without the stake you would never have an opportunity to play the tournament in the first place. When you're staked you go into a tournament knowing the most you can win is x amount of dollars, x being whatever % is agreed upon before the tournament. It's not that hard.

Also, I'm pretty sure trying to keep the 100k after agreeing to a deal would probably turn out very unpleasant for you. That's alot of money to steal from someone and expect no repercussions.

Also isnt 30/70 pretty reasonable considering hes staking a guy with no makeup and with no track record??

The thing is all the money jimm gets he eventually [censored] away in the hopes of a big score. Seriously he could lose something like a million dollars lifetime gambling if he goes on like this. He is always broke, and he is obviously a degenerate and hasn't represented himself otherwise. Were he to get a big score, I wouldn't expect him to give it away, or to hold him to some sort of moral standard or whatever, it wouldn't surprise me at all that he'd actually spend it.
