I fold the turn, so to answer your question, no. Is he really betting a hand worse than K high on 3 streets with an AF=.4?

You have overcards and a really weak backdoor straight draw. Additionally, the villain looks pretty passive. Calling the flop isn't terrible but I definitely think you should fold the turn. Calling the river would be terrible.

The fact that you have a king and not an ace doesn't help either, since loose-passives love to cc with Ax

Although aggression stats can often disguise a player's tendencies, I think that here it's pretty clear that you do not have the best hand one in 8 times. I don't think you have it one in 16 times.

I'd also fold the turn. This player is pretty passive. You will be looking at a full house much more often than Q8.

You can't call this river with K-high. Matter of fact, you're only getting 6:1 on this turn. Easy fold there.

Muck the turn. If you can call here you need a monster read. I don't think a guy with those #'s 3 barrel's a flush draw.
