The "Gift to Go" Visas at Walgreens work. They are drawn on an overseas bank. Make sure the fine print says accepted worldwide. $100 is the largest denomination I have seen and there is like a 6% fee at the register.

Wells Fargo debit card works.
TD Ameritrade debit card works.

Anyone know why some banks still allow gambling deposits?

I recommend MoneyGram: $2500 for $9.95, very easy to do.

Bank of America debit card holders can use them on FTP. This didn't use to be possible, but my assumption is FTP's CC processor (Zuan Payments, according to my bank statement) is not yet associated with online gambling.

You CANNOT withdraw using your credit/debit card, so most people will want to open up an epassport, MyWebATM, or Click2Pay account. I am a bit wary of some of the newer processors as they ask for a lot more information than Neteller ever did and don't seem as secure. I make transfers to a friend with an account for withdrawals. FTP also issues checks, but I've heard about problems getting them cashed. There should be a few scattered threads in the Internet Poker forum.

moneygram is the best way right now IMO. Its 10 bucks no matter what you transfer. You can transfer up to 1500 a day 5000 up to 7 days,10000 in a month. Its safe secure and very easy.

What kind of fees do they charge for using your BOA debit card?
