You dont have that many outs, probably 8 or 9, with one card to come and you are a bit deeper than a buyin. I think a Bet/fold is okay too, I dont think a bluff raise is likely. But so far I am the only one who doesnt like bet/3bet allin on turn.

Top set + Nut flush draw is not that many outs?

I did not notice that. So basically I would have to re-think the whole scenario. and my post is probably now useless.

Obv. in light of having the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], a bet fold on turn is not viable.

My thinking in hand:

It was an insta flop call by villian (forgot to mention that), with one other player to act . So the QJ and FD are his range mainly, whereas all 2 pair hands are raising me, id think. Due to the worst card in the deck coming and completing both draws, I thought a bet would have him fold out everthing but hands that beat me (flush and/or straights) And I knew that if i bet, im committed to pot, a pot in which id prolly be behind, even if he is fishy. Once i check and he bet 100, this is one of three hands, IMO.
1. Flush/straight
2. TURNED 2 pair
3. Bluff (with maybe a high diamond, some nasty gut, weak T, w/e)

Those three make up almost all of his range. With that said, I wanted to just call, b/c nearly every river is good for me, and given my line, is deceptive (deception to a fish, what am i thinking???). And I may check certain rivers for him to bluff at.

Hand results in white:

Anyway, not sure if analysis was right/wrong, but that was going through my head as I was 6 tabling.

yuck to checking the turn and even more yuck to checking the river if you hit flush or fill up to let him bluff you.

with the range you put him on i am betting the turn to get it in vs all 3 hands. if he has a straight and a 4 flush hits, you're not getting much out of him. if you fill up you might a little something, might not. just get it in on the turn and see what happens. you are probably good and have outs galore if not.
