sure he seems like a weird dude but I really think it's way out of line to start a whole thread purely with ad homs toward him.

fortunately I don't read NVG enough to know if this is common but OP's post is basically Alan Boston
1) has freaky eyes
2) talks funny
3) is bald

which isn't really gossip, or news, though I guess it's views.

Boston played on some Full Tilt tourney on tv over a year ago and he played ok and wasnt annoying on that show.
I am beginning to realize that most poker players have annoying and self-centered personalities. Boston was very annoying on PAD. Gold is always annoying. Esfandiari's act is really tired and annoying (it was funny when Gabe Kaplan talked about that on HSP). Matusow is likeably annoying (if thats possible). The only people who werent annoying on PAD were Wasicka and Sexton. But Sexton may not be completely sincere, right? He is like the head of a company or a politician. He seems to always say the right thing to say, but it doesnt seem to be what he really feels...

Well i understand where you're coming from, I had the same thoughts when I first met him. The first he did was challenge me to a 10k last longer in any stud event. I was like wtf.. i dont even know you.

But I dunno we went to bbq party at his place with some people from the wynn, and he is just really nice. I'm more talking about him outside of poker than on the tables.

i see where both of you are coming from here. he seemed like a pretty nice guy after i met him and played with him for a while in vegas. though, when i first saw him and heard him challenging ppl to hu or w/e, i thought the guy was completely insane

How does he makes his eyes bulge like that though?

[/ QUOTE ]

It could be chemically induced or disease induced. He could have Graves which is the same thing the actor Marty Feldman had.

I am watching PAD's director's cut right now and I find myself wondering if Alan had been in a fire. I came to this conclusion due to the look of Alan's skin and his lack of eyebrows.
