Default 22$ Stars - AJs midgame

arrived at the table 1 hand ago -> no read. is this play stupid?

I don't know about stupid, but here's how I break it down. First, MP1 has 4 BBs, so he could have anything. However, MP3 didn't have to get involved with 4 people left to act, and he did. Also, he just called, which could mean he has a monster looking for all the action he can get, or it could mean he's an idiot with a hand like A9 and was scared to put the rest of his stack in. On balance I think I'd be spooked enough by MP3's flat call for 40% of his stack to fold here. If we shove we should have 0 FE over MP3, although I've seen worse folds than this. We're gonna be crippled if we lose this hand, and I really have no idea where we are, so I think I'd let it pass.
