Default 4-betting QQ

Generally a good idea?

Foxwoods 1/2 NL
Stacks are ~$300

QQ

Hero opens for $12 UTG, Laggish MP makes it $25, LP BB coldcalls, hero..?

QQ
Hero opens for $12 UTG, UTG+1 calls, BTN calls, SB reraises to $25 (unknown young dirtbag with Gucci sunglasses), BB folds, Hero...?

This 2nd hand has flop and turn decisions I would like to post also.

Hero should have only one hand per post. Failing that, A jam will win in the long run in both situations.

These hands are listed together for comparative purposes. There are some differences (LAG vs unknown, number of coldcallers, 3bettor's position) that make it worth posting together.

By "Jam" do you mean all-in for $300 over the top of a $25 reraise? Only AA,KK, AK will call.

In both hands I called the 3bet.

Hand 2:
Stack sizes ~$300 maybe $350
Pot $102, 4 players

Flop 2 2 3 rainbow
Villain bets $50, Hero ...

You would be suprised what they will call you with.

All in is an option. If it is too big an overbet then a pot sized raise is good. You want to be able to make a reasonable sized shove on the flop.
