Just let this go? I think he's most often got crap like JT, JQ, JK here. Can I push him off it? How about if I raise to ~$170? If he folds, great. If he calls, I can check behind on the turn. Spew?

I let it go. its too expensive trying to push someone off top pair on the flop. make a note of it and fold.
