Default Best way to lose beer belly?

I've heard that crunchs burn fat in the stomach area, but I not sure if this is true. If not, would it just be overall cardio? I go to the gym every other day, take whey and creatine, and on my off days I run 2 miles. I am in overall pretty good shape, but I can't seem to get rid of my belly no matter what.

Read the FAQ. Crunches do not burn stomach fat. Do cardio and count your calories.

There are commercials and ads and books and articles on it pretty much constantly for probably the last hundred years. So, even though it clearly makes no sense, I guess it shouldn't be too much of a surprise. The diet industry thrives on endless variations of total horsesh*t, too. People will buy into almost anything, especially if it makes things sound easy -- from religion, morality and politics to investment to diet and exercise to ideas on how to raise your kids. The desire for the easy way out is limitless and endlessly varied.

Nutrition!! Cardio and ab work are helpful but not the most important.

ONE AMAZING WORD THAT WILL BLOW YOUR MINDS!

Clenbuterol

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off or throw in some Benadryl to flush out your bodies receptors. Only a month at a time.

Strong chemical that will cause a thermogenic burning of fat in your body, be prepared for the shakes.

Only do this if you are a dedicated fitness person who works out and is eating/trying to eat right 100%. Don't take this if you're a lazy ass person.

Hit me up if you have questions.
