I was looking through the old ICOOT threads and didn't want to bump the bacon one but for a dessert - you can make delicious popcorn using bacon fat instead of oil.

RDH,

I have a set of cutco knives. I am quite pleased with them. Back when I still cooked professionally, I'd leave my knives at work and use my cutco knives at home. They maintain a sharp edge, are well balanced, light (I actually prefer heavier knives), and have a good grip that rests comfortably in my hand.

First, "ICOOT" = awesome. Second, I'll have to try that sometime.

CSC,

I went Squash/Avocado/Onion.

Especially since we've had Beef and Bacon already, I'd really like to see something non-meat.

Pears I can see being a problem. But avocados should be available year round.
