Moneybookers customer support = TERRIBLE?

I have been trying to get in contact with them about a bug in their system, not allowing you to add another credit with the same number as a previous one but with a different type.

I literally went through every FAQ messaging center BS, I contacted security@moneybookers.com.... No response.

Everytime you mail them under "desposits" they send an automated e-mail, completly ignoring whatever you type in "additional comments".

It has been 7 days now and I have absolutly nothing other than a couple crappy automated replies..

I dont want to call their phone support and wait for 1 hour paying really high international long distance fees..

Anyone with similar experience??

(IE I accidently added it as a mastercard but really its a visa, but now when I try to add a new visa card, it says an account already exists with this number... Yet I cant remove the mastercard one)

Yes. No question their customer service sucks. They provide a good reliable service, I have no problem with that, but this complaint is oft-heard. Persistence has paid off for me, but it does usually take a while. [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Even calling them is no guarantee as it can take forever. They are also only open during European business hours! Not great considering they have customers from all over the world.
