it is obviously personal because he is complaining about how bobo acted after the ban, and the lengths he gave him, rather than looking forward to what is good for the forum as a whole now

to me it is completely clear that bobo should be given sports exile, but because he offended you guys he isnt given that chance. also i still havent even seen one post in sports that should be banworthy, yet even just looking in one thread in sports for less than a minute i have been able to point out 2 abusive posters who appear to have been given no discipline whatsoever

Welcome to life. People are judged based off of the merits of their contributions. Even more so on the internet, where everyone is anonymous and the only differentiators are screenname, avatar, but most importantly content.

This whole "2+2 was on a witch hunt to bring down BobO" thing is ridiculous, totally unsubstantiated, and I'm only persisting in this thread because 1) MEbenhoe said he was done and 2) I doubt the POG mods really want to get into it with their own.

BobO didn't make individual ban-worthy posts that I saw. His body of work in that forum was ridiculous and I know he was warned plenty to improve/stop trolling or bye bye now. If you read his posts in that forum for the first time tonight, you're merely dipping your toe in the pool.
