Default Townsend drops Hold\'em vs Omaha shocker

31 mins through his latest video, the great Rugby of Santa Barbara pronounces:

"I think PLO is a really great game. The more I play it, the more I realise just some of the intricate deep things that go on in the game. And honestly, I think it's a much better game that No Limit Hold'em. And I think that's why there's so much more action in PLO, I think it's just much more fun to play and there are so many more interesting situations in it than No Limit Hold'em."

... goes on to say they should start hold'em games with antes on Full Tilt since that makes it more interesting, yadda yadda

"But now if there's a No Limit Hold'em and a PLO game going and I can only play one, I will WITHOUT A DOUBT play the PLO."

This marks the end for online Hold'em pokers? Discuss.

It's amazing that this forum dissects everything this guy says...

seriously, does the fact that he likes PLO better than HE really warrant discussion?

If I were him, I would legally change my name to have an "h" in it like: "Townshend" That would be really cool.

Omaha is a [censored] joke.

EDIT: But I do love crushing the $2 HU games on Stars. Pot every hand FTW.

Omaha might be more fun to Aba, but it's more of a drawing game than HE. Show me the best HE and Omaha players in the world and I guarantee you that the HE guy has a greater chance of being up at the end of a particular session than the Omaha guy. Therefore, I would submit that a very strong player like Aba will make more money on HE, but he can obviously do what he wants.
