An intense minority will outvote a lackadaisical majority everytime which creates the appearence of a majority concensus, when in reality, that is actually very far from being the case. |

on the issue at hand, i'm totally fine with banning people who overuse it and aren't funny. but it should still be used by people who are good at it. the mods should feel free to use their discretion to decide which is which.
