What do you put villain on? Seems like AA or KK or a 7x would have popped me on the flop. Is this a stubborn QQ-TT?

What's my line? I'm guessing the two most viable options are 1) shove and pray for a hero call, or 2) bet/call like 800, because he probably can't call a shove? Villain's AF is under 2.0, so I don't think a tiny bet to induce a bluff raise is particularly good idea, nor does check-raising seem logical, for the same reason - he's just going to check behind any overpair.

I like b/c 800, depending on if you have any more info about villain, you can probably get away with a little bigger bet too.

AA/KK/7x won't be too worried about free cards on this flop, so a sloplay isn't out the question. b/c 800-1k

If you have any history of three-barrelling I like shoving here. I like taking about 10 seconds and shoving.

shoving river is basically the worst of all options. bet a little less than $800.

Shoving looks good to me. You get looked up very light. Oddly I feel if you check with the intentions of raising it will often get checked behind given the line taken. Hero calls I guess.
