Default AA, paired board, min raise, confused

Just looking for any general advice on how I might have played this better. Villain was 29/12/3, no reads or history. I was close to check-raising turn but thought better of it. Maybe make a river blocking bet?

im thinking 3 betting the flop is better against a reasonably agressive opponent the way the games are playing now

in hindsight, 3 betting the flop is mandatory because mini reraises are the gay

If I three bet to $150-$200 and he shoves that's pretty sick though. Because I assume you guys mean 3-bet and call a push, not fold.

I wasn't comfortable playing for stacks on that flop. It's possible I'm allowing myself to be bluffed out by missed clubs or air but I find most villains with these kind of stats will give up on turn/river with their air hands in these spots and not fire three streets, becaues they know that a lot of the time they are going to get looked up.
