Re: Why sit alone on tables?
[ QUOTE ]
Meh, depends on what you want out of the game. Personally I'd do it the way Grimm does it, practicing good game selection. My goal isn't to be known as the best player, it's to win the most money. [/ QUOTE ] or just be like durr and pa and be better than god |

Re: Why sit alone on tables?
My math was wrong 2 posts above, I believe i was comparing the win rate at 10/25 to 200/400, not 100/200.

Re: Why sit alone on tables?
[ QUOTE ]
but I mean if you have played 3/6HU (even if taking shot vs donk), you prolly have $1.5m roll. and playing 5/10 or 10/20 is kind of like wasting time. I mean, obv 10/20 is sick money, and even sicker if you smash the game up, but in the end, you need to be running at like 60bb/100 @ NL 10/25 to = 3.75bb/100 @ 100/200. BTW, I am not arguing here, I play uNL, so obv I am out of my element, I'm just pointing out that (to me) playing such a wide range of stakes is crazy. [/ QUOTE ] If you want to play 6 tables and can only find 5 good ones at very high stakes, I don't think it's beneath most people to play 25/50 where oh my god it takes winning a few buyins to be able to buy a new car, instead of 1 buyin. |

Re: Why sit alone on tables?
Maybe this is differnet cuz it's LHE but I have played $300/600 and $30/60 at the same time. Why? Cuz money is money, and $720/hr is more than $600/hr or whatever you wanna pretend my WR would be in both games.

Re: Why sit alone on tables?
66 hands/hour X 3BB/100 = 2BB/hr
= $1200 + $130 = $1330 |
