Default Weird QQ preflop spot (NL25)

From what I've seen CO is standard TAG. I don't know if he's multitabling or playing NL50 also (could be reason for $2 raise). Haven't seen this out of him before.

It probably was a mistake by CO, I do sometimes see oversize raises which might mean an ultrapremium hand, but not THAT oversized.

I 3 bet this to 7, fold to a push. I can't see SB getting involved in this, better to push him out now.

I would reraise to $6 and fold to a push.

Having thought about what a raise does to our hand I would probably just call and play it from there. This may sound 'weak' but if we raise here and villain doesn't shove (what I would do with KK or AA in his shoes) but just calls, we are potcommitted if the right flop peels of. Calling leaves us with more options...

Please don't 3-bet to $7 and then FOLD.

That's just burning money.

Having said that I can see an argument for calling a push from SB

What are you hoping for when you 3-bet then? That they both fold? I'd rather have A2o then.

Lol, no I'd like a call followed by a nice K and A free flop. People call more than they push here imo. You'd be suprised how many folks call here with any old pair thinking they have set odds when they don't. This is NL25 after all.

If I was in position I think I would call this to see what happens but OOP I believe you have to repop this to 6-7 and c-bet pretty sizeable on the flop. If he shoves its tough on a call, but I think I go with it.
