FTP Login Problems

I can't logon to ftp right now and i keep getting a message saying my password or id is invalid, even though i requested a temporary password. Does anyone have any insight? Is anyone having the same problem?

Im having the exact same problem and im freaking out about it. Please tell me how this turns out and i will do the same if i can ever get a response
