Default NL10: KK on a monochrome board OOP

Hi all, here's the HH

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 8 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $10.39
Waffles (BB): $20.41
UTG: $10.27
UTG+1: $2.45
MP1: $18.01
MP2: $2.19
CO: $9.64
BTN: $10.57

Preflop: Waffles is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (8 Players)
2 folds, MP1 calls $0.10, 4 folds, <font color="red">Waffles raises to $0.40</font>, MP1 calls $0.30

Flop: ($0.85) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Waffles bets $0.80</font>, MP1 calls $0.80

Turn: ($2.45) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Waffles bets $2.00</font>, MP1 calls $2.00

River: ($6.45) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Waffles bets $2.00</font>, <font color="red">MP1 raises to $4.00</font>, Waffles calls $2.00

Pot Size: $14.45 ($0.72 Rake)

Did I play this like a donkey? I Cbetted large because I didn't want a single diamond to draw out on me. As for the river, I should have checked I think and the minraise is a big giveaway I suppose. (any guesses what he had? lol).

Reads - Villian is 19.4/5.6/2.2 over about 100 hands. About 3 hands ago I won a big pot off him which never showed down, he said he folded QQ or something and wasn't a happy bunny. I'd just had a huge rush of cards at this table and had raised probably 8 out of 10 of the last hands which was upsetting people judging from the table chat window.

Please tell me how this hand should have been played.

The only thing I might do different is check/call the river instead of bet/call. You might could bet a little less on the turn 1.50/1.75.

I'm guessing A3s, but not Diamonds.

Jessy, could you explain your reasoning for betting the river. I think that c/c is better than b/c river.

I expect a decent player to tell us earlier in the hand if we're beaten. We could try to induce a bluff by the Ad but I would much rather valuetown him instead.

If this were against an overaggro donkey I'd much rather c/c.
