Default TPTK + donk = Puke?

Villain is some donk, 50 vpip type. I've double barrelled him previously in a blind battle and he folded, cbet a few times against him and he also folded (once was multiway), and I've checked back one other hand after raising pf against him and folded to his turn donk.

His turn shove was pretty quick, but not instant.

Party Poker, $2/$4 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

Hero (MP): $493.30
CO: $466.10
BTN: $394
SB: $94
BB: $489.35
UTG: $1,442.69

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $16, CO calls $16, 3 folds

Flop: ($38) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $30, CO calls $30

Turn: ($98) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $80, CO raises to $420.10 and is All-In, Hero ???

why are you betting this turn if you want to fold to a shove?
id rather c/c and reev rivers.

I understand that argument of not betting if I don't want to call a shove, but I don't think it really applies here. I expect to be ahead a lot on the turn, so I bet because of that and the fact that his turn calling range I'm likely crushing. But when he raises the turn I'm not so sure if I beat his range or not and therefore I dunno if I can call here. I really don't expect to get raised that often on the turn, also.

disagree, think bet/fold is perfectly fine without a better read here, i'd never ever check this turn vs such a donk

I think you have to bet this turn vs this player, hes going to have a worse hand the vast majority of the time and trying to get 3streets of value should be standard

The read seemed more then ample. He seems very weak tight.

I don't necessarily agree with c/c turn and reevaluate river but that isn't to say I agree with a b/f line either. I just wonder if the shove means more then a 'milking bet' of $250 would in regards to your decision in calling this bet.
