The email just doesn't seem legit. I just don't see a respected Online website (at that time) disclosing that type of information. If they admitted to having accounts of that type controlled by their website many valid speculations could be made. I expect this email to be a "hoax".

Absolute offices are definitely not in Escazu. Very close, but they are in I believe Sabanilla (though it may be Rohrmoser but is definitely not Escazu). They are located in the 2nd floor of a huge shopping mall complex called Plaza Major.

The residences of all top AP guys were in Escazu. Many of them lived together.
