Need Server Advice

I was hoping to start a podcast.

One of the steps is for me to find a server that I can upload an MP3 audiofile to and then post that link to itunes where people can download it.

Question is, whats a decent guestimation of hosting capacity that I will need and where would you reccomend that I go to get it cheaply.

Space isn't a huge concern, but bandwidth is.

Creative Commons - google it - offer a free hosting service as long as all of your podcast is your original speech or music.
