Wow, while not a big fan of Mr. Gatorade it seems that there is plenty of validity to his claim here. I used to play him on UB 30/60, I hit and ran on him a few times and he was convinced that I was a bot... obviously this last statement doesn't exactly help his claim and does make him seem to be some type of witch-hunter that accuses everyone who beats him of being a bot. That being said it is very unlikly that a neutral 3rd party (full tilt) would have a vested interest in making a ruling against you without reasons to do so. Also beatme1 how come you never played a single hand against the others that Mr.Gatorade accused of being bots, seeing that they played in the same games that you played?

[/ QUOTE ]

Full Tilt is absolutely not a neutral third party.

If Full Tilt didn't believe Nations friend's to be bots, and ruled BeatMe1 to be a bot, I would think they are pretty confident in their findings.

deathdonkey and gehrig ahve posed the most compelling questions thus far IMO and until beatme1 responds in some way, i don't really care what MrG's evidence was.

[/ QUOTE ]

Humble Pie,

Is your UB screen name...
wildebeest45
St Justice
maomao88
juicyapple
isaac168
GomerPileRMC
banana234
dogwithfleas
ImSpecial
FuzhouBaby
bmw750i
ccty
mightylu
MMCC

If not, I do not believe I called you a bot. Whats your screen name and I will do a little research with all hands played with all chat and find where I called you a bot, if you can provide me with the hand or hands where I accused you of being a bot please provide. I dont make bot accusations just for fun or by people that beat me in fact I am a big winner against the bots bmw750i, ImSpecial, and MightLu but I still want them banned because they are infact using bots. Bots are an unfair advantage and typically -EV for online poker itself. Do you want to play the Deep Blue of poker in the next couple years or would you rather play some new fish that is just starting to learn poker? Will the new fish come when they know its full of "computer" players, my answer is no but you can have your own opinion.

Dean,
Bots can chat if the user is present. Simple as that. Chat is not how you tell if its a bot or not. Period.

Gatorade could you release the video recordings you said you have taken? Seeing that beatme1 takes the same amount of time for every decision would really help win over any doubters.

This wouldn't be the first time FT were 100% sure of a bot, confiscated funds, only to have to reverse their decision.

"If not, I do not believe I called you a bot."

mrg, ive railed you plenty and seen you accuse many players of being a bot that were clearly not.

now, if you mean that you have never publicly (like on your site and thru emails) accused a non-bot of being a bot i can understand.

but its quite clear that at the tables you accuse almost immediately, and it seems to me, its done to create a reaction from the opponent. a first test if you will.
