Default QQ facing a PF push

CO is running 31/18/1.1 over 300+ hands. He's on another of my tables and has been reraising me fairly frequently preflop. I've only played back once (he folded) but it hasn't slowed the 3bets.

Button is an unknown, I've only got 10 hands on him at 36/27 (none of his hands reached the flop).

There aren't too many players that would 4 bet like this with much worse at this level, unless they are tilting. Since he is new to the table, I fold.
