interested in a coach

I'm a moderately successful brick and mortar limit holdem player. I play mid-limits(10-20,20-40) in Atlantic City. Over about two years I've averaged close to 0.4 B/hr. However, I've been brutally crushed playing online. I played 3-6 up to 20-40, both full ring and 6-max, with the same pathetic results.

I'm considering hiring a coach with three goals in mind.
1. Improving my limit B&M limit game.
2. Determining what catastrophic things happened online.
3. Peraps making the transition fron limit to no limit

I take instruction well. I have a degree in engineering, a masters in applied statistics and I am a dentist. Obviously studying, learning and putting into practice what I have learned are things I am very comfortable with.

Anyone, preferably local to AC, who has the qualifications neccesary to help me meet the above goals please respond.
