Meh, I'm probably not going to stop posting strat entirely, I'm just done with poker for a while. Probably not forever, but until I become emotionally stable enough to handle swings. Which given how surprisingly difficult hunting for a job out of college has been, may not be for a while.

He didn't want to lose his winnings to the rake.

What's crazier yet, is that the very next guy who sat with me hit and ran me for 70 cents.

What's that old Arabic saying? "If it happens once, it will never happen again. If it happens a second time, it will happen a third time."

Speaking of repeats. Just busted my FTP account....... for the I LOST COUNT.

I really hate and love FTP. I just want their friggen rake back, but every time I play there, I get doom-switched. I swear I am stuck in the high five figures there. I look like the biggest donator behind David Benyamine.

As of today, I am two dollars short of being able to withdraw a rake-back. I guess I will have to transfer from Stars if I want to play there again. Do I really want to?

Sorry if this has been asked before, ~ how many vpp/hand are you getting at hucash Vinetou? I still have a ways to go for nova and was under the impression 6max was the only way to get it done.

omg am i going crazy or do tv pros suck at HU? i just watched afew episodes of "national HU championship" on pokertube, and the quantity of button limping made me weep. the commentator made me laugh when he criticises someone for raising a medium strength hand on their button (todd brunson perhaps? cant remember too tired), saying they should have limped it.

also, i know its easy to say when you can see the cards, but i saw some horrible calls.

anyone else watch this who can explain to me why they do not have a huge button limping sized fundamental flaw in their play style? i know button limping can be fine, but not when villain is supposedly world class surely?

Yeah, some of them suck. Watch the final if you haven't already - I mean there are some ridicolous plays. I also love how every TV commentator always says at any show that any ace OOP is a HUUUUUGE hand HU. I hope that a lot of my opponents listen to these commentators.

They are all SO bad. I've played maybe half a dozen on FTP and had a massive edge on all of them. The best was probably Keith Sexton, although I was not nearly the player I am now when I played him.

To give props to the few that aren't clueless, Paul Wasicka is pretty damn good and of course Phil Ivey is absolutely amazing.
