Its not just about getting your money in because you have a pair higher than anything on the board. The guy did reraise preflop and AK would cbet here but most likely the hand will be checked on the turn, if there is still action you know you are beat and can fold.

If I'm betting the flop or the turn its because I'm calling a shove. If your bet folding a check is far better.

The turn bet I mean. I think bet/folding flop is not so good.
