I don't know that there's a standard deal for all Stars pros, and I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed to disclose terms of their deals. I was guessing when I suggested Dario was being freerolled. Maybe he just wanted to play.

Fossilman said it in the chat window during the PLO tourney that he won (they paid his entry, but not rebuys or addons...)
