money missing and no stats from eurobet yesterday?

Was playing eurobet yesterday for a few hours. when I stopped I checked how much i was up (hoping about $150-200, I multitable so wasnt sure)only to find my money was exactly as it was before. This didnt make sense so had a look at the session browser and there were no stats. similarly, pt and poker office couldnt find any stats.
Does anyone know if there is a problem there, or if they have had similar problems elsewhere?

Now and again it's taken over 24hrs for a PR skin to update their bank and show the correct amount of money.

Leave it a day or two and keep trying.

Big pain in the ass I know.

still no luck two days later. They have no live support either and waiting to hear. This ever been a problem for anyone else?
