Default 10NL Top two vs. aggression

Villian here doesn't strike me as that great of a plyaer. Here's a hand just a couple before this one. Villan is the MP in this hand.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($3.85)
CO ($38.15)
Button ($3.95)
Hero ($9.90)
BB ($14.50)
UTG ($9.95)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $0.35</font>, MP calls $0.35, CO calls $0.35, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($1.20) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $0.95</font>, MP calls $0.95, CO folds.

Turn: ($3.10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $2.55</font>, MP calls $2.55 (All-In).

River: ($0) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $8.20

Results below
UTG has Ac As
MP has Js 3s
Outcome: MP wins $8.20 with the flush

So I get to this hand. What do you think of my line in this hand? MP from last hand is now SB.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($7.45)
BB ($37.80)
UTG ($3.95)
Hero ($9.85)
CO ($14.50)
Button ($9.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.4</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls $0.35, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($0.90) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.65</font>, SB calls $0.65.

Turn: ($2.20) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $1.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $6.4 (All-In)</font>

I'm kind of confused as to villian's range here. I think he could do this with any pair and a flush draw, a worse two pair, or a flush, possibly a straight. But his play in the previous hand was so outstandingly bad that I don't know what to do here. I guess I have to lean towards folding, since there are plenty of hands that beat mine. Do the odds help?

The problem with using information with the first hand is that he didn't get a chance to shove over the top with a draw. As played, I call getting ~2:1 (without any more information) because you could have the best hand here and if you are behind, you still have outs (except for KK). Definitely make a note on his play later.
