Someone just brought this link to my attention. I know this has no poker content, but he did most of his posting in these forums and I know we have a ton of baseball fans here, so I figured I'd post this. Pretty freaking sweet. This boggles my mind that he created PECOTA (used by all types of baseball types, including GM's, if they have a clue.) I'm starting the grassroots campaign to get Nate to be GM of the Cubs.

Yeah I was in chicago this past weekend and ran into him at Dean's place. He said he's been coming back to poker a little trying to grind back from the lower-mid stakes as he's been away from it a lot doing all of that baseball prospectus stuff. I agree it's awesome that he's the brainchild of Pecota...super cool.
