Default Fun w/ TT

Bellagio 30-60 game. 7 or 8 handed.

First villain is Mason Malmuth. I don't think he recognizes me specifically as a 2+2er (I met him once a long time ago), but I'm sure he thinks I'm a product of the Internet, as we've been shorthanded and I've raised more than my fair share since he sat. MP is a young Asian kid who certainly grew up playing online, and is very comfortable shorthanded and aggro, but also isn't a LAGtard.

Preflop:
Mason opens, MP 3bets next to act 3 off the button (lowjack?). Folded to The Dude in the SB w/ T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. The Dude 4-bets, Mason calls, Asian calls.

Flop: (13 SBs) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
The Dude bets, Mason calls, Asian calls.

Turn: (8BBs) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
The Dude ______s, planning on ______.

This gets my vote. Hand over.

It feels like betting the turn would result in being raised like most of the time.

Doesnt the fact that kickers dont play on this board make a raise less likely? Id still just c/f though.

I'd fire again. We're risking 1 BB for a 8 BB pot. There's a good enough chance the other players have smaller pocket pairs that I am betting planning on folding to a raise and check folding if I am called.

C/F the turn. What are you ahead of? You're also not going to bully two people off their hands here.

Also, fold preflop. You're OOP with a very tough hand to play postflop that's often behind to begin with.

No. This would make alot more sense if Mason had been CO and asian kid BTN. As is I don't like it.

checkraise mason if he bets, even if the kid calls. He will proudly show the "psychological strength" to fold his probable AQ, AJ, or pocket pair, and neither will put you on anything other than AA, KK, or AK.

If the kid bets, fold.

what is your table image?
