Default LOL at Neteller policies

I already had problems with them last week because they weren't letting me transfer US$ into my US$ account in the UK.

Then today I tried to login and I found my account close and put on hold...

SO I called and:

Jose: Your account has been put on hold because you tried to login in another country
niccolo: ?
niccolo: i live in 2 countries
niccolo: italy and uk
Jose: Ok
niccolo: can u please reinstate it
Jose: How long you will stay in italy?
niccolo: 3 days

niccolo: but the problem
niccolo: is that i live 50% in uk and 50% in italy
niccolo: i will always need to be able to login from both countries
Jose: ok one moment please
Jose: Do you have a time frame from when to when you will stay in italy?
niccolo: no
niccolo: i work in both countries
niccolo: it varies all the time
niccolo: i cannot predict
Jose: Ok please hold one moment
Jose: Thank you for your patience
Jose: Unfurtunately
Jose: You cannot login in both country
niccolo: why?
Jose: For security purposes, it one of our policies of the company
niccolo: lol at this
niccolo: u have way too many funny policies
niccolo: and this is the funniest
niccolo: neteller is made to trasfer money
niccolo: and u treat people like they are in the 18th century
niccolo: as nobody is travelling
niccolo: especially within europe
niccolo: travelling is so standard
Jose: Ok in order to login in another country you need to send us some documents to validate your permanent address
niccolo: ok
niccolo: like what?
Jose: Then you will need to contact us each time you will go to Italy
niccolo: lol
niccolo: i am going every week
niccolo: if i send u an utility bill
Jose: You will need to contact us each time you will go
niccolo: no way
Jose: To protect your identity, your account has been temporarily closed. To re-open your account, we require additional information from you. Until this information is verified, we regret that you will not be able to use your NETELLER account.
Jose:
niccolo: if i send u an utility bill
Jose: Please email a clear colour scanned copy or digital photograph showing all four corners of the following documents to identity@neteller.com:
Jose: • A copy of your passport displaying the photograph and passport number or
Jose: • A copy of your driving license displaying the driving license number or
Jose: • A copy of a government-issued photo ID card showing the photograph and ID number
Jose: • and a utility bill (e.g. an electricity bill, heat bill, or water bill) or a paper bank statement or credit card statement displaying your name and address that has been issued within the last 3 months – unfortunately we cannot accept online statements
Jose:
Jose: Please send the images as attachments from the email address registered with your NETELLER account or we will not be able to process your request. Once we are able to process your information, your NETELLER account will be upgraded and you will be notified by email. Please note documents take 3-5 (up to 10) business days to be processed.
niccolo: but if i do so
niccolo: i don't need to call u each time right?
niccolo: i will have 2 addresses registered
niccolo: i don't think is so uncommon for somebody having 2 residencies
Jose: You need to send an utility bill/ bank statement and picture ID(drivers licence, passport)
niccolo: ok
niccolo: i will send both

niccolo: lol at neteller
Jose: Even with your documents sent, you will have to contact us each time you will leave your country
niccolo: lol at your policies
niccolo: i will close the account
niccolo: it is just easier

Jose: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
niccolo: and i will use epassport
niccolo: yes
niccolo: u can slap yourself
niccolo: fo working for neteller
niccolo: lol at neteller
Jose: Thank you for choosing NETELLER
Jose: Bye for now!
niccolo: lol at this

Bottom line: I just checked my account from Italy and not only they close it but now I need to send tons of docs!!!

what the hell is this?

Neteller policy for applying support job:
- A copy of your documents which shows that you've been fired in every job you ever had
- Not speaking english

It's definitely just for your protection. I went to Australia and NZ and they didn't block my login. I went to South America and they wouldn't let me login. So it may have to do with specific countries, I'm guessing Italy in your case? If they can't accommodate you then I'd say it's for purely technical reasons. If that's not the case then you should try to push your case past first level support.
