I hope so too...but he said above that some were going through, so it might mean nothing as well.

After a lot of back and forth emails, they ended up telling me that I'd have to live with that glitch in their system; e.g. the problem is that any time I request a cashout before the previous one has completely cleared and hit my account, their a**backwards payment system would 'lump' the two together, which would trigger the 10K/day limit (if the two cashouts summed to more than 10K), and BOTH would be rejected. So the only way cashouts go through (like in the screenshot) is if I only make one and wait about a week for it to clear completely. It led me to decide that Hollywood, until they fix that glitch, just isn't the greatest Ongame skin for large balances, if u value liquidity of funds. Started a good thread about that and what the good alternatives are here:

EDIT: I was later emailed by a CS director promising to look into this glitch, so they could be on the road to fixing it, but as of now, i think it still exists.

anyone know of an update on this issue?? i just had SIX cashouts of $10,000 returned to my account over a ten day period.....It sounds like it's still a problem
