Default $75 18k gtd early stages

Hey

I'm new to 9max and donkaments so i have to post a few of this trivial type hands. Im pretty sure this is still the first level, I have no reads.

Is this limp std?

Can I call this flopbet? if so whats the range so assign him and how do i continue?

Limp is fine. On the flop w/ these stacks I'm calling and re-evaluate the turn. If I don't improve and UTG leads again, I'd be inclined to fold. Oh and...
