I fold, he's not aggro enough to be doing this with air, I think we get shown a combo draw or a set here most of the time.

I probably shove here because it seems that people love bluffing Q-high flops. They think AK missed, JJ can't call, and you probably don't have a set, so they only have to hope you don't have AA/KK since nobody puts anybody on AQ.

OTOH, aggression factor of 1.6 over a large sample would be my real concern here. That's awfully passive and might turn it into a fold.
