I just been playing 18, and it was okay, unless you needed to think a little bit, then a whole set timeout....

still, didn't find it that much worse than 12.

Having said that, only managed 1.2 BB/100 over 2.5K hands.

Steal more blinds. If more regs are playing 18+ tables or whatever, they will probably tighten up even more - steal their blinds at will.
