Request: Party Tilt Blocker

I found that if I am tilting a stack away, it's usually because I act in the heat of the moment. I do things I'd never do live and likely wouldn't do online, if I was forced to think a few seconds more about my decision.

Now, I am playing Party.
Would it be possible to make a script, that forces you to wait a set amount of seconds before putting more than a set amount of BBs into the pot?
