I think I always open here OTB in the context, it's a pretty profitable spot as long as you don't suck post-flop and aren't calling strong pf raises.

I hate the raise to 850 though.

I think raising big purely to get pot odds to call if you're reraised is a very weak argument for picking a raise size. If so, you can open raise 10x with 30 BBs behind to always get pot odds to call etc; you can always create the necessary pot odds if so desired. That is not a reason for choosing a raise size.
