i'm like the queen of failed meetups, but i like starting threads so:
i will be in the bay area the weekend of 10/25-10/28 for a variety of non-poker reasons. still, i hope to get in some time at the 8/16 i've been hearing so much about. friday afternoon/evening is probably when i'll have poker time available. now you can post and tell me that you'll be going out of town for exactly the dates when i'll be there, and you can also tell all the 1/2 regulars to move down to 8/16 for one night and pummel me into dust.

Can you post this again when it's actually like the 25th?

my current plan is to head to Bay 101 on Friday afternoon so i can hopefully get a seat. unless i suddenly start running good, this will probably be the last time i play 8/16 for a while, so come take my mobnies whilst i am bleeding them $16 and $32 at a time.
