Thanks to Mr. Rick and DueceHigh80 for their help. I did go through each post in the thread manually to double-check and found two that had been overlooked in previous tallys: KyleFall and Acein8ter.

Looks like the average age of B&M is younger than I thought at about 34.6. I had expected 40+.

I may be naive, but why are there sub-21's on the list?

From experience, the older regulars usually lack a fundamental grasp of the game. Playing super tight ABC poker without variation, players who can only extract value from the very worst.

The younger ones who play for a living are by and large better players, and have higher win rates.

Median Age: 33

I must admit I thought the B&M median age was going to be 36, so it is lower than i projected. I'm looking into the percentage of error for this sample size, and the percentage of respondents compared to the average unique visitors.

Total Respondents: 163.

Because gambling is legal for under 21 depending where you are. Also 2+2 is not a gambling site.

How about a weighted average, using #posts (or similar fudge factor to reflect how active the poster is)?
