Default love in 2 parts

ok this hand was weird. BB is hardkare and button is born2dog.

preflop well what can i say, BB likes to squeeze and button likes to fold to reraises. all in all a good combination for the smooth call.

turn i am freaking lost. his cold call scares me a bit and i was going to play for pot control, but when the board pairs, should i be firing? i'll post turn action after some responses here.

all right, [censored] it. here's part 2, now respond please. especially if you actually have anything interesting to say and play higher than 2/4NL.

I bet 260, he shoves for 2k. That's the turn action.

I don`t see you ahead here ever, but on the other side i don`t get his shove.
I fold especially because you have the Ac.

i'm not looking for responses on whether or not to call though that's fine too. i'm mostly interested in the turn action and the flop lead as well. take that for what it's worth, i'm stepping out of this thread for a while now.

i like flop lead. i wouldn't bet the turn, though. and i'd fold once he pushes.

hate the flop lead. board's so ugly and trying to go 3 streets of value is crazy when your hand really can't stand much action (especially if born2dog or whatever his name is puts in a raise at any street). i'd be playing for pot control and c/c here.

I probably don't lead the flop. You're gonna get floated a lot there and there are a ton of cards you don't wanna see on the turn.

Since you chose to lead the flop, I like a bet/fold better than other options on the turn. No reason you can't have a straight, trips or a boat here.

Obv fold to the raise.

i like the flop lead but i don't lead very often, if you do it might change things. as is, you put bb in a tough spot on the flop and it sounds like button will play fairly straightforward on this type of flop (if he doesn't call reraises in a btn/sb situation he probably won't get too tricky on this type of flop?).

given that you led the flop i think you have to bet turn, i'd probably bet more than 1/2 pot but whatever. fold to the push.

why do you need to bet the turn? on the contrary, I think betting the turn overreps your hand and will get him to play perfectly against you, whereas checking can look like you have a draw, or get value from a worse hand either on the turn or on the river.
