Scott, there is no way Roc has Ak or two big cards based on the preflop action. He is raising that up every time and if he didn't then he wouldn't come firing out into a field of fish with A high.

Then I like a river bet even less

No wonder he beats me all the time. Obv I'm calling hand 1 and folding hand 2, though I'm not betting hand 2.

ive discussed hand 2 with a lot of people and we all agreed the c/r there is the most random ill advised c/r ever. no better hand will fold and no worse hand will call. ever.

What's the point of the bet on hand 2..... hand 1 is a really thin bet, even against such a sporadic player, guess I would have broke even, because I would not have bet either river, although you are lucky he gave you those chips in hand 2.

So he sometimes check-raises with top pair, sometimes when he can only get called if he's beat. What do we conclude here, just call him with a hand of value whenever he raises the river? I'm not quite sure I understand this thread.

Yes and don't bet a hand like bottom pair because you are going to have to see 2 bets a lot of the time, and he is giving you lots of action when you have a good hand anyways with lesser ones.

You wouldn't call with say AT on Hand 2? I'm sure you value bet it there from time to time.

Well, mike wouldn't open limp with AT, but if he did, I wouldn't be shocked to see him value bet.
